After a period of renovation, La Única has reopened its doors, bringing northern Mexican cuisine back to its rightful place among the clouds.

For years, La Única has been a mainstay in San Miguel’s fine dining landscape. Perched on Calle Diez de Sollano y Dávalos, its terrace has always been a space where views, cocktails, and conversation blend seamlessly. Known for its focus on northern Mexican cuisine, the restaurant celebrates the richness of Mexico’s ranching and coastal traditions with flavor, fire, and flair.

Highlights include rib-eye chicharrón, bone marrow with machaca, barbacoa norteña, and coastal ceviches that cut through the richness with bright acidity. New Rituals: Fridays and Sundays on the Roof

La Única’s relaunch also brings with it a reason to celebrate the weekends in style.

Open Bar Fridays invite guests to kick off the weekend from 3 to 7 pm. When you order food, the drinks flow freely, sponsored each week by a different premium liquor brand. The rotation keeps things lively and gives guests a reason to come back every Friday to see what’s new.

Sundays belong to the spritz. During Spritz Sundays (3 to 7 pm), the rooftop transforms into an airy afternoon escape featuring Aperol Spritzes, Limoncello Spritzers, and St. Germain Spritzers on the house. It’s light, social, and perfect for soaking up the last light of the weekend.
