Hurricane Hugo took Sir George Martin’s AIR Studios Montserrat in 1989, and a volcano finished the island six years later. The original blueprints survived. Thirty-six years on they arrived by email in Mexico, and the room is standing again on an old bull ring outside San Miguel de Allende.
