On September 15th, at Garnacha, we celebrate our roots with a night dedicated to Mexico, its traditions, and, of course, its cuisine. In collaboration with Casa Dragones, we have prepared a special dinner that brings together deeply Mexican flavors with an experience of mixology, hospitality, and celebration. The evening will feature Casa Dragones and a flair bartending show, creating a festive atmosphere centered on our Independence Day. Music will be provided by DJ Ricardo del Castillo, who will set the mood with a selection of electro-cumbia and music inspired by Mexico and its festive spirit, bringing the celebration of our traditions into a contemporary setting. Menu - Fried pig's ear. -Shredded mushroom *chalupas*. -Pork tenderloin *huarache*. -Mole poblano *tamalito* sandwich (*torta*). -Guava tartlet. A dinner that explores diverse flavors, techniques, and ingredients from our cuisine, reinterpreting the *antojitos* (traditional snacks) and dishes that are part of our culinary heritage.
