Led by owner Ana, each tasting introduces a carefully curated collection of small-batch mezcals sourced from family producers and independent palenques across Mexico. Many of the bottles are rarely found elsewhere in San Miguel, creating an opportunity to experience the diversity of agave, regional traditions, and artisanal production firsthand. Flights are offered in one and two ounce pours, allowing guests to compare expressions at their own pace while learning the stories behind the people and places that produce them.
