Working closely with every client, Chef Avendaño designs bespoke multi-course menus inspired by French technique, contemporary European cuisine, and the richness of seasonal Mexican ingredients. Whether hosting a private dinner at home, a vineyard celebration, or a wedding for up to 200 guests, every menu is created exclusively for the event, ensuring no two experiences are ever the same. Beyond the food, the team can coordinate every detail, including professional service staff, bartending, table styling, curated tableware, floral design, furniture rentals, event logistics, and wine pairings, allowing hosts to enjoy the occasion while every element is handled with care.
